Put broth in a large pot. Add the celery,
potatoes, carrots, onion, and chicken. To make
noodles, mix remaining ingredients in a separate
bowl. Roll and knead dough a couple times. Roll
dough out about 1/4 inch thick and cut into
noodles, 1x2 inches. Add to boiling broth and cook
for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
