Fold dry pudding into whip topping. Add Pineapple
and juice, marshmallows and nuts; fold in coconut.
Refrigerate until serving time. Keeps well.
Additional Comments- I doubled this recipe for the
HDT ECR Pot Luck and I always use Lite Cool Whip,
Sugar Free Pudding, and Pineapple in it's own juice.
