2 boxes frozen spinach(Cooked&well drained) squeeze water out
4 eggs
2 c Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
chopped onion
Instructions
Cooke spinach, let drain. Combine stuffing mix, spices, parmesan cheese, and onion. Beat eggs and then add the eggs and melted butter to the mixture. Add the spinach last. Shape into balls and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
