Add 1 cup of quinoa to a small pot and add broth.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes,
covered. While your quinoa is boiling, saute any
vegetables you wish to add to the final product and
preheat your oven to 350
Once quinoa is done boiling, add cream cheese,
garlic powder, 1.5 cups of the cheddar cheese, and
the parmesan cheese. Then, add vegetables to the
mixture.
Mix it all together and then pour in a baking
pan(see picture). Crumble chips evenly across the
top and then sprinkle remaining cheese atop the
quinoa mixture. Bake for 15 minutes
