3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl with electric
mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well.
4. Add eggs one at a time beating on low. (don't over-beat as extra
air in batter causes cracks when baking)
5. Remove 1 cup batter and set aside. Stir melted chocolate (while
still hot) into this mixture.
6. Pour remaining vanilla batter onto crust
7. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate around on top of the batter and
draw knife through to swirl.
