Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter a minute at a time at
30-50% power until smooth.
Mix with rice krispies.
Press into bottom of pan and put in fridge until solid.
Melt chocolate chips the same way as pb and butterscotch chips.
Pour over solid rice krispie layer.
Refrigerate again until solid.
