1.Grease and line a 1lb loaf tin with bacon
2. Mix together bread sauce, mince, onions, herbs and tomato puree.
3. Beat egg, milk and seasoning and stir in meat mixture. Mix well.
4. Press mixture into tin and cover with tin foil.
5. Bake for 1 hour to 1 ¼ at gas mark 6 or 200
