Sift flour and dry ingredients together and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar together, add egg. Mash
bananas and add 2/3 cup of bananas to the
creamed butter. Mix well and add to dry mixture
alternately with sour cream. Stir in nuts and pour
mixture into 2 bread pans. Bake 50-60 minutes at
350 degrees. Check after 30 minutes. A knife
inserted in the middle will come out clean when
done.
