|
Roast the roast in beef broth (enough to cover the roast) for about
two hours at 325F.
Save broth fromt he roast.

|
To make sauce, combine the rest of the ingredients and simmer for
1/2 hour. Add sauce to shredded beef roast.
|
|
|
Add some of the broth from the first step too. (1-2 cups)
|
|
|
Return to covered roaster and roast on 300F for about 30-45
minutes. Don't roast too long-check to make sure there is enough
juice.
