Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients flour through baking powder
in a medium bowl. In another bowl, mix together remaining
ingredients. Make a well in center on dry ingredients and gradually
add egg mixture.
Grease 8 ramekins. Divide batter between ramekins. Add 1 ounce
of chocolate to each ramekin, pushing into center.
Bake 20 minutes, or microwave individually 35-40 seconds. Dust
with powdered sugar.

fat (2.2 g sat fat), 2 g fiber, 374 mg salt
