In a mixing bowl cream butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and mix well. Add instant coconut pudding, milk and crushed pineapple. Mix all together for about 2 min. Fold in whipped topping. Pour half of the mixture over the lady fingers and then add another layer of lady fingers on top. Spread remaining filling over the top of the lady fingers. Cover filling with remaining Samoas cookie crust mixture. Chill for 24 hours and serve.
