Lay out cookies on a cookie sheet, reserving 2 cookies. Crumble reserved cookies and set aside. Prepare mousse mix to package directions. Place one small ice cream scoop size dollop of mousse on each cookie. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the mousse. Squirt a dollop of whipped cream over chocolate, top with a cherry (drained well). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
