1. turn oven on to 180 degrees
2. line muffin tins with muffin papers
3. sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into bowl
4. make a well in the dry ingredients
5. melt the margarine in a microwave safe bowl (20 sec or until melted)
6. add eggs and milk. stir to combine
7. add the moist ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir to combine
8. use a dessertspoon to spoon a heated spoonful of mixture into the muffin papers, add an easter egg and then another spoonful of mixture
9. repeat until all mixture is used
10. bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked
11. cool on a wire rack
12. store in an airtight container when cool
