1. Turn oven on to 180oc. Line muffin tis with muffin papers.
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into a bowl.add the brown sugar.Make a well in the dry ingredients.

Melt margrine(20 seconds). Add eggs and milk, Stir to combine.Use a dessert spoon to spoon a heaped spoonful of mixture into the muffin papers then add the chocolate egg(without foil!) then add an other spoonful of mixture. Repeat until all mixture is used.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Cool on wire rack.Now the frosting...

into a basin put 1/2 (125g)of butter at room temperature.1 cup of icing sugar and 2 teaspoons cocoa. Beat with electric mixture until pale and fluffy. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and continue beating until light and fluffy. Muffins MUST be cooled before placing the frosting on. Use a piping bag
