1/2 C sliced radishes

1 stick melted butter

1/2 C sunflower seeds
|

1/2 C sliced almonds
|
|
2 pkg ramen noodles w/o flavoring, broken apart

Instructions |
|
|
Combine sugar, oil, vinegar and soy sauce together in bowl.
|

|
Combine bok choy, onion (chopped) and radishes into separate bowl.
|
|
|
Place butter, sunflower seeds, almonds and ramen noodles in baking pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Add all items together, toss and serve.
