In large bowl thourghly mix fruits, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover and chill for at least 15 min.
Coat one side of each flour tortillia with butter spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and spray again with butter spray. Bake 8 to 10 min then let cool.
