Combine 2 cups flour with butter and powdered
sugar with pastry blender. Press into 9X13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until
lightly done, but not brown. Beat eggs, add sugar
and blend. Add lemon juice and peel. Add baking
powder and rest of flour. Beat well and pour over
hot crust. Bake another 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar. Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 2 dozen.
