-ginger/garlic- 1 tablespoon
-zeera- 1 tablespoon
-anar- one handful
-onions- 2 onions cut
Heat oil and add ginger/garlic paste, zeera then add keema and cook for a while until smell goes away. Then add spices and cook until you see oil. Turn off stove then add onions, green mirchi, dhani, anar dhana. At the end at mashed potato.
Make atta by adding everything and make into nice dough.
For roti take one semi pheda and make round then roll a bit and then add 2 tablespoon keema and close roti like a parcel, then dip in atta again and make round then roll out and put on hot tawa. Once it's half way cooked then add butter and cook on both sides until done.
