Step 1- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes in 1 clove of garlic, a sprinkle a ginger and cover it in soy sauce.
Step 2- Brown chicken with a tablespoon of oil and the marinade. Pull the chicken out. Then, add one vegetable (you really can add any veggies you prefer) at a time in chicken broth. Cook until desired tenderness and pull each on out. At the end add it all back into the wok and add 1/4 c. chicken broth and 1 T. of corn starch. Serve over white rice.
