Cook macaroni in lightly salted water to al dente.
Drain well.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Combine
all ingredients of first set except tilapia and
sprinkle over fillets (for better taste, let
marinate overnight. Sear fillets for 2-4 minutes on
each side until fish is golden brown.
Place cooked macaroni in saucepan, stir in olive
oil. Continue stirring in remaining ingredients.
Divide pasta and serve tilapia on top.
