2) combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl and mix well. add the crabmeat, (be sure to check for shells and/or cartilage), and panko bread crumbs. gently fold ingredients together until just combined. careful not to shred crabmeat. shape into 6 crab cakes (about a 1/2 cup each). place on prepared baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
