Mix crust ingredients until absorbed. Divide into 24 small balls. Press into ungreased muffin pans.
MIXTURE-
Beat egg, add sugar and vanilla. Beat well. Put 1 teaspoon into crusts. Top with pecan half or few chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. If cooks too fast, reduce heat to 300 degrees. Run knife around edge and remove while warm. Yield- 24 mini pies.
