(I have always used dried herbs and it works!)
1. Beat egg & water
2. Stir in turkey & veggies in 13x9 dish
3. Heat butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium
heat. Add flour, cook and stir 3 minutes.
Gradually stir stock into saucepan, cook & stir 5
minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Stir
in black pepper. Pour stock mixture over chicken
mixture.
4. Unfold pastry & place over filling. Press
pastry to rim to seal. Brush with egg mixture and
sprinkle with herbs.
5. Bake 25 min at 400 degrees or until pastry is
gold brown and filling is hot and bubbling.
