1. Put oven too 200 degrees add flour, icing sugar and salt
and siv all ingredients into a bowl.

|
2. Make a well in the ingredients and add the ingredients and
cream into the well.
Mix with a knife so you don't over mix the mixture.

|
3. Flour the chopping board and out mixture on it.
Kneed carefully and ouch out with your hands and fingers. Cut into circles and put on
the tray with a silicon sheet on it.

4. Brush over with some milk to give it a brown/golden colour and stick them into the
oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take out and serve with strawberrys and whipped cream.
