Heat oil- add chicken, cook 6-8 minutes. Place chicken in bowl.
Cook onions & garlic in the skillet. 3-4 minutes add juice, beans,
chickpeas, cumin, chili powder & thyme. Bring to boil. Decrease
heat to low- simmer till it thickens. stir in chicken. Cook for 5 mins.
Sprinkle with green onions and cheese
