Put moong in channi and rinse
|
|
|
Add 1 spoon butter or desi ghee and put in pressure cooker (without lid)
|
|
|
Add Jeera + Heeng + Rai and wait till oil starts boiling.
Add moong dal and mix.
Add salt according to taste
|
|
|
Add water till it reaches moong dal level in cooker.
Close cooker and wait for 5 whistles (on medium heat)
