     Egg Paratha

Ingredients
Leftover Roti or Bread (4-5 slices or 2 rotis)
1 boiled potato
1/2 tomato cut in 4 slices
2-4 Green Chilli
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Jeera
3 raw eggs
1/4 Onion chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
 

Instructions
Take leftover Roti or Bread (4-5 slices or 2 rotis) and break into small parts.
Take all the ingredients together in a mixer, add salt and liquify in mixer.
Take out mixture and keep aside in a bowl
Take non stick frying pan (medium flame) and add ghee /oil/butter spread 3 -4 scoop and spread it. When lower curst is hard/red flip it over.
Serving Suggestions
Don't make the mixture too thick otherwise Paratha will be inconsistenly cooked in different places.
