|
Take leftover Roti or Bread (4-5 slices or 2 rotis) and break into small parts.

Take all the ingredients together in a mixer, add salt and liquify in mixer.
|

|
Take out mixture and keep aside in a bowl
|
|
|
Take non stick frying pan (medium flame) and add ghee /oil/butter spread 3 -4 scoop and spread it.
When lower curst is hard/red flip it over.

Don't make the mixture too thick otherwise Paratha will be inconsistenly cooked in different places.
