5 medium potatoes

1 can cream style corn

4 slices American cheese

3 Tbsp butter

1/8-1/4 cup milk

Instructions |

|
Peel, cube, and boil potatoes until soft. While potatoes are boiling, fry ground beef.
|
|
|
Add ground beef to the casserole dish. Add cream style corn. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain potatoes, add to mixing boil. Add butter and just enough milk to make fluffy. Whip potatoes
|
|
|
Add potatoes to casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
