|
Add Pyaj/Tomato/Ginger/Garlic - Heat all of the above in 1 serving spoon oil and wait till it melts (not brown)

Mix 1 tablespoon puree in little water. Add Salt + turmeric + dhaniya powder + red pepper(optional) and add this to the Pan.
Optionally, add raw bay leaves.

|
When the above mixture starts boiling, add Paneer + Matar
|
|
|
Add 1/2 cup water and wait until matar becomes soft.
