2 c broccoli

2 c sliced carrots
|

1 c chopped celery

1 c chopped red pepper

1 c sliced fresh mushrooms

1 c plain low-fat yogurt
|

1 pkg. italian salad dressing mix
|
|
2 T grated romano or parmesan cheese

Instructions |

|
Cook tortellini. Steam broccoli and carrots until tender crisp.
|

In a large bowl, combine tortellini, broccoli, carrots, celery, red peppers, and mushrooms.
|

|
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, salad dressing mix, cheese, and mustard.
|
|
|
Spoon yogurt mixture over pasta mixture, toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 overs.
