Marinate chicken with sugar,salt, pepper and cornstarch for 10
minutes. Meanwhile, mix the tomato purée, chili sauce,
Worcestershire sauce, a1 sauce, honey, water, balsamic
vinegar and adjust to liking... Then set mixture aside.
Stir fry onions, red and green peppers and set aside. Then,
heat up 2tbls oil, toss in marinated chicken pieces and mango
until chicken chicken gets sticky. Cover and simmer on
medium heat for another 2 minutes.
Remove cover, add in the sauce mixture, stir we'll and bring it
to a quick boil. Cover, turn heat to medium-low and let it
simmer until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Stir in onions, red and green peppers. Add salt and sugar to
taste.
Dish up and serve with rice.
