Put chicken in Dutch oven and cover with water. Add salt,
pepper, celery, onion and parsley. Boil, then simmer.
When chicken is cooked, remove veggies and throw out.
Mix sour cream with flour. Put 1 dipper of hot broth into sour
cream mixture slowly and stir with wire whisk. Repeat once,
then add mixture to pot of broth. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Cook on low 10-15 mins. Serve with dumplings.
