     Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 TBS Soy Sauce
Sliced Carrots
Sliced Green Peppers
Chopped Green Onions
2-3 TBS Cornstarch
1/2 cup Water
 
Instructions
Bring juice to boil. Add carrots, peppers, onions and pineapple. Simmer, add 2-3 TBS cornstarch to 1/2 cup water then add to sauce.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over chicken
