Preheat oven to 425. In small bowl, combine oil, seasoning, vinegar and garlic. Mix well. Place pita rounds on oven stone. Brush one side of pita with oil mix using a brush or spoon.
Top pitas evenly with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil and cut into quarters.
