Mix the coconut flour and baking powder with the water (or milk) and egg whites.
Whisk or blend until all the lumps disappear.

|
Pour all the batter on a heated pan grease with coconut oil.
Pour batter in the center of the pan. Tilt the pan around to spread the batter into a large circle, almost covering the entire bottom of the pan.

|
Wait until the edges of the tortilla are brown and flip the tortilla.
Cook the opposite side of the tortilla for 30 seconds.

|
Repeat whole recipe for desired amount of tortillas.
