Preheat oven to 350 and heat coconut oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Then add the meat to the skillet and stir fry until heated through.

Place frozen broccoli in the microwave and nuke until thawed. Vut cooked broccoli into bite sized pieces.
Add broccoli to the skillet with the protein and mix thoroughly.

|
Combine eggs, coconut oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour eggs into skillet and cook on stove top for 3-5 minutes.

|
|
Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 10-15, then broil for 2 minutes until puffy.
