Cook on medium heat- 4 qts. Water, broccoli, spinach, lentils and split peas. Cook until lentils and peas are almost soft. (about 30 minutes.) In separate sauce pay heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until tender. Combine the ingredients in both pots and let stew for 25 minutes on med. Heat. Add pesto and bouillon. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes or so. Serve with parmesan cheese.
