One thing I remember my mom making with Progresso bread crumbs were delicious pork chops. She would mix some egg and milk together in a bowl, place the pork chop in there for a minute of so. Then she would coat it on both sides with progresso italian style bread crumbs. Then fry them up on LOW-MED HEAT. DONT BAKE IN OVEN-NOT GOOD UNLESS U R DOING MY SMOTHERED PORK CHOP RECIPE!
