Boil margarine or butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Remove from stove. Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda. Stir well. Pour over corn. Stir to cover corn. Put in large roaster or large pan. Bake 60 minutes at 250 degrees (may be baked a little longer) to dry corn. Stir 4 or 5 times during bakings. Can add peanuts.
