Recipe makes ~ one quart.
1. Peel and slice mangos into small cubes.
2. Dice the habanero.
3. Place the sliced mangos and diced habanero into a food processor or blender.
4. Pour in the honey, water, and vinegar.
5. Add the salt, black pepper, and garlic.
Blend until smooth. Enjoy.

This sauce is great on just about anything It's a good sweet heat that's great on wings, grilled chicken, ribs, pork, kabobs, etc.
