Cook meat and onion in large skillet until meat is done, drain well and sprinkle with seasoned salt- set aside. Prepare cornbread ix according to package directions. Spread 1/3 cornbread mixture into greased 8x8 pan. Sprinkle meat over cornbread layer, then sprinkle cheese over meat. Spread the rest of the cornbread mix over the cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes, or until brown.
