CHOCOLATE SOIL
heat the water and sugar to 140c, then add the dark chocolate and mix together until its crumbly. add white caramalised chocolate, cocoa powder, rice krispies and a pinch of salt. then drizzle in hazelnut oil for a muddy effect.
MASALA CREAM
beat 3 eggs and the 50g sugar till its light and fluffy, then in a separate bowl mix the whipping cream and mascarpone. add half a leaf of gelatine and masala wine for a kick. mix both together.
BUILD THE FLOWERPOT
put a chocolate disc in the bottom of the pot, then sponge fingers, then masala cream, repeat this order and top off with the soil and a fresh herb plant for effect.
