whisk flour, sugar, coca, baking soda, and salt.
mix in on med speed milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
drop 1 tablespoon batter onto prepared sheet, repeat and two inches apart
bake 10 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly pressed. cool completely

with mixer on high, beat butter, confectioners' sugar, marshmallow crème, and vanilla until fluffy. spread filling on cake half. make sandwich. store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
