Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix soup, broth and sliced mushrooms. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Remove chicken from pot and allow to cool. Either leave it in pieces or shred it.

Remove gravy from pot and put in a separate bowl. Add in flour and sour cream.
|
|
|
When cool, put into a freezer bag and freeze.
To serve: thaw and heat until hot/bubbly.
