1- Trim fat from meat. If necessary, cut roast to fit into slow
cooker. Place meat in cooker. Sprinkle meat with fajita seasoning.
Add jalapenos and enchilada sauce.
2- Cover and cook on low for 11 to 12 hours or on high for 5.5 to 6
hours.
3- Transfer roast to a cutting board. Using two forks, pull meat
apart into shreds. Stir shredded meat into sauce mixture in slow
cooker. Using a slotted spoon, spoon shredded meat mixture into
toasted kaiser rolls
