Combine thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and
salt; sprinkle over chops. In skillet, heat olive
oil over medium heat; add port chops and cook 10
minutes or until slightly browned, turning once.
Remove pork and keep warm, add 1/2 cup water to
the skillet and, using a ire whisk, scrape the pan
to gt up all the browned bits. Bring water to a
boil and add chops back in; cover, reduce heat and
cook 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness of
chops, until pork is done.
