Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl wisk together olive oil,sesame oil,and soy
sauce,garlic,shallots,ginger,salt and pepper
In a separate bowl add kale then pour mixture over the kale ( I
usually pour half of the mixture and toss to see how much
more I need)
Toss kale
Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake for 12-18 minutes I
shake the pan half way through so all the kale cooks evenly.
The kale should be crunchy.
