3 medium potatoes, steamed until just tender, and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 10-oz box frozen corn
1 cup grated nonfat cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Saute onion until soft. Add seasonings to Basic
Cream Sauce. Layer potatoes, corn, and onion with
cream sauce in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes
