1 lb salmon filet
|
|
1/2 cup honey
|

1/4 cup soy sauce
|

2 tbsp lemon juice
|

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp pepper
|

1/2 tsp chili powder or red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions |

Combine all the marinade ingredients and marinate the salmon,
covered in the refrigerator, for 1 hour.

Grill or broil for ~5 minutes, then flip over. When flipping over,
pour some more marinade on top.
